You will be missed Mom! Everything I have learned in life, has come from you. You showed me how important family is! And how to forgive and forget.
There will not be a day that goes by that I will not think of you and all the love you gave me and my kids!
By Mom, all my love goes with you!

Ruth was always a favorite, full of life, witty, and just a great person to be around. She was a strong, caring individual who knew how to live life and knew the importance of family and friends. I will always have good memories of her...both from my childhood, and later in my life. Cathy and I always enjoyed meeting up with Ruth and Raye at Smitty's restaurant as they passed through Truro, Nova Scotia in their travels. My condolences go out to her family and friends. Her bright personality and witty smile will be missed by all her loved and knew her. She is at peace and with the angels now.

I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Ruth’s passing. She was always such a kind and funny lady. I remember when I was a kid, my dad (Charlie) would take us to Wonderland in Toronto and we would always stay at Aunt Ruth and Uncle Raye’s house. She will be greatly missed, and I am so happy to have known her. My condolences go out to the family. May your memories bring you a smile during this difficult time.

It was with great sadness that I read of Ruth's passing. I feel blessed that she and Raye were part of our lives here in Barrie for many years. She was a true lady of grace and true kindness to others. Most of all, though, a great & true FRIEND. I pray that Raye, and their family hold fast, the many memories of a life well lived. May God's richest Blessing be with her family & huge circle of friends, always.

On behalf of the Ontario Hydro Regional Operators at Essa Transformer Station, Barrie our condolences to all the family. Ruth was a cheery voice on our many calls to the Regional Office and always a welcoming smile in person on our visits to the office.

My sincere sympathy to you Raye and Ruth's family on her passing. She was a very cheerful, full of life person who had us in 'stitches' when in her
company. I knew Ruth for many years as an employee of Ontario Hydro in Barrie. She was a welcoming voice as our switchboard operator, representing Hydro well to both customers and staff throughout Georgian Bay Region and Ontario. You will be missed! Rest in Peace Ruth.
