It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our brother Rodger Moore, age 56, on Monday, December 31, 2018, at home.
Born in Sydney Mines on December 13, 1962, he was the son of the late Fred and Joan (MacPhee) Moore.
Rodger was a millwright by trade, and worked out west and also for Nova Scotia Power. He was an avid hockey fan, and enjoyed collecting model cars.
He is survived by his brothers; Hughie (Frances), Stewart, and Freddie (Michelle), his friend and companion, Nancy Jones, and his nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place at a later date. Words of comfort may be forwarded to his family at

Our condolences to Rodgers family , I had a few laughs working with Rodger on the maintenance staff , during our time at the the Magna plant here in the Northside Industrial park , nice guy ,,RIP Rodger

My dear old friend..Roger and I were in cadets together as kids...we had so much fun growing up..he was an awesome sympathies to the whole family.

Deepest sympathy to Nancy ,brother,s,Huggie ,Stewart ,Freddie ! I worked with Roger at the C.B. wallcoverings Northside Industreal Park in the late eighties he was a great worker and friend R.I.P. !
