Mae Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Ches, three sons; Wayne (Janice) Sackville, Ralph (Cathy) Saint John NB, Grant, Sydney Mines, and her daughter, Dawn (Blair) Bras d’Or. She is also survived by her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved; Chris, Nathan, Katie, Logan, and Kaitlyn, two sisters, Ruby Squarey, and Rodney (Ralph) King, two brothers, Tommy and John, and by many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by son Brett; sisters, Olga, Lois, Margaret, Althea and brothers, Hugh, Everett, Alvin, Robert, Melrose, Donald and Daniel, father and mother in-law John and Lillian (Bailey) Sexton.

The Sexton Family

Ches, Dawn, Wayne, Ralph and Grant,
Irene and I were deeply saddened to hear of your loss. We have been neighbours for over thirty years and came to appreciate the closeness and strength of the bond that existed between Ches and Mae Audrey. They saw each other through heartbreak and good times becoming stronger through adversity. Mae Audrey used to have fits watching me out with the chainsaw, especially the day I was up working in the hedge and tripped, resulting in me doing a full backflip while the saw was roaring. When your folks moved away, our neighbourhood lost a fine couple and we truly missed them. The world is a little bit poorer and a little less warm now that Mae Audrey has left us. We are truly heartbroken over your loss. If ever, and this is not just an empty offer, if ever there is something we can do to help, especially Ches, get through this, please just ask.
