                We regret to announce the passing of the late Bernice Roberts on March 14th, 2024, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.

                Born in St. Johns’s Newfoundland, she was the daughter of Wilimina and Whitfield Coish. Bernice was an active member of the Sydney Mines Seniors and Pensioners Club and enjoyed her Bingo nights with her close friends.

                 Bernice leaves behind her husband George; daughters Crystal (Dave) Frood and Dorothy (Dave) Roberts; Grandchildren Ashley, Madison, Megan, and Katelynn; Sisters Betty and Pat, Brother Stephen Coish; and sisters-in-law Margaret and Florence. She was predeceased by Brothers Bram, Bruce, and Rex, and Brothers-in-law John, Clayton, and Ruben.

                Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
