Betty (Bertha) Kernick

We very sadly regret to announce the passing of Betty Kernick on January 17 2025 in Moncton NB at the age of 88.

Born on March 21 1936 in Sydney Mines to loving parents Bertha and Archibald Kernick. Predeceased by her parents, brothers Charles (Ed), William (Bill) and David and sisters Kathleen, Anna and Marg.

Betty is survived by brother James (Jim) in Ontario, many nieces and nephews and their families.

As per her wishes, Betty’s cremated remains will be laid to rest in the family grave at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Yorke Street in Sydney Mines on July 3rd 2025, at 10am.
