It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the passing of Charlotte Nickerson of Sydney Mines on April 12, 2026.
Charlotte will be forever loved and deeply missed by her devoted husband and companion, Donald St. John, who stood by her side through all of life’s moments.
Born to the late John and Elizabeth (MacMullin) MacMullin, Charlotte was predeceased by her siblings, John “Buddy,” James, and Jeanette. She leaves behind her loving sister, Irene Morinet, and her brother, Melvin (Sharon) MacMullin, along with many nieces and nephews, all of whom she cared for dearly and who will treasure her memory.
Charlotte found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life. She was known for her love of baking, knitting, and tending to her garden—quiet passions that brought comfort not only to herself but to those around her. Her gentle nature, kind heart, and the warmth she shared so freely will not be forgotten.
In keeping with Charlotte’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or service.
Though her passing leaves a quiet space in the lives of those who loved her, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever. She will be deeply missed and always remembered with warmth and affection.
