Christopher Paul Boutilier
December 17, 1965 – January 7, 2024
It is with heavy hearts the family of Christopher Paul Boutilier share the news of his passing on January 7, 2024, in Prince George, B.C. Chris was the youngest son of the late Hector and Medie Boutilier of Little Pond. He is gone to join Mom and Dad, brother Bert (Brenda), sisters Susan (Bruce) and Janice, and brother-in-law Cletus (Marilyn).
Chris will be greatly missed by brothers, Jimmy (Dianne), Wally (Esther), Billy (Shona), and Heckie (Brenda), also his sisters, Marilyn (Cletus), Mary Lou (Dexter), Maggie (Kevin), Denise (Clarence) and as well, his many nieces and nephews.
Chris was a gifted Red Seal carpenter who took great pride in doing exceptional work. He worked on many major construction projects throughout Canada, including the Confederation Bridge linking New Brunswick with P.E.I. For the last several years, he worked out of Prince George, British Columbia.
He enjoyed listening to good music, cooking his favorite meals, working out, and playing golf. Recently, he tried his hand at Archery and became quite skilled with a bow. He tried his best at whatever he did. With perseverance and resilience, he met all of life’s challenges; God Bless you, Chris.
J.M. Jobes Funeral Home in Sydney Mines will arrange cremation. There will be a private family graveside service to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made IMO of Chris to a charity of your choice; condolences may be made at www.jmjobesfuneralhome.com
