Colleen Loretta (Budge) Musgrave

With heavy hearts and sadness, we announce the passing of Colleen Loretta (Budge) Musgrave on February 2, 2024.

                Colleen grew up in Neil’s Harbour to parents Richard and Charlotte (Rideout) Budge in a family of 8 brothers and sisters. Colleen is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Russell; daughter Jamie (Billy); Brothers Jackie, Travis, and Innis; sisters Rhadie, Bunny, Rychie, and Angela; and lifelong family friend Marg. Her parents and sister Marguerite predeceased her.

Colleen was a skilled photographer, master of crochet, and lover of animals. Above all, she was a proud teacher who touched the lives of many. She was loved by all she met, and her kindness was unmatched. As per her wishes, there will be no service at this time.

                She will be forever missed.
