It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Gordon Reynolds announce his passing on May 25, 2022 at the age of 80.

Gordon was a coal miner and worked for DEVCO until his retirement.

Gordon was a quiet and unassuming man. He was deeply committed to his family. He will be fondly remembered for his love of storytelling, gardening and his dogs.

Gordon was an avid outdoorsman in his younger years, and enjoyed nothing more than spending time at his cabin in Rear Baddeck with his family.

Gordon is survived by his sons, Jamie (Shannon) and Stephen (Kelly); granddaughter, Haley; siblings, Marjorie, Ruth, Beth and Steve; nieces Cheryl Lefrense, Cheryl Mews and Wendy; and nephews, John, Brian, Billy, Bobby and Travis.

Gordon was predeceased by his wife, Brenda; parents Clare and Stephen; and nieces, Tracey and Brenda.
