Henry Clifford Roland

Henry Clifford Roland (Kippy) passed away peacefully on April 22, 2023.

 Born on March 8, 1949, the son of the late Joseph Louis and Mary Willena (Williams) Roland of Alder Point.

Kippy was a friend and mentor to many in the electrical trade.

Kippy is survived by his children Yvette, Allison (Brian), Randy, and Craig (Gail), partner Elisabeth and her children Samuel (Emily), Lisette (Rory), and Emily (Fernando), a brother Greg (Brenda), sisters Karen (Paul) and Theresa (Charles), grandchildren Yvonne (Garret), Matthew, Jessica, Jordan, Josh, Els, Johannes and Alasdair and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Kippy was predeceased by his children’s mother, Euphemia; brothers John, Billy, Bernie, and Louie, sisters Margie (Kevin), Regina (Robert), Lorraine (Maurice), Marie (Homer), and Annette (Russell).

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Kippy’s life will take place on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 10:30 am in St Anne church in Alder Point  with Fr Chinonso officiating. A reception will follow in Alder Point Community Hall. Words of comfort may be forwarded to Kippy’s family at www.jmjobesfuneralhome.com
