Louis Hannem, age 63, passed suddenly on the morning of December 7 in his home in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Louis was born to Jessie (Burns) and Louis Hannem on May 13, 1961, in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
Perusing his lifelong interest in technology, he attended Acadia University on a full scholarship, earning his Bachelor of Computer Science in 1983. Louis had a love for fishing, playing hockey with friends, skiing with his son and nice watches that he enjoyed showing off from time to time. He always made the time to visit and laugh with family, especially with his son Gregory.
