                We are broken-hearted to announce the passing of our beautiful Mom, Marlene, on June 14th, 2023, after a lifetime battle with cancer. Marlene leaves behind a husband of 42 years, Albert, a daughter Suzanne (Steven), a son Albert and 4 beautiful grandchildren – Madison, Kaleb, Alyssa, and Logan.

                Cremation has taken place. A graveside burial will be held Monday, June 19th, 2023, at 3 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Sydney.

                At this time, we would like to thank the Cape Breton Cancer Centre, Palliative Care, and VON for their continuous care of our mother during this difficult time. A special thank you to Louise and our family doctor, Dr. Michel McKeough, for their never-ending care and compassion over the past 40 years.
