Shirley Mae (Townsley) Billard passed away peacefully in her sleep in her 96th year at Miners Memorial Manor, Sydney Mines, N.S.
Born August 22nd, 1928 , She was the daughter of the late William and Effie Townsley. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack Billard of 57 years. She was survived by her children, Gary, Sandra (Ont.), Wayne (Judy), Janice (Frank), and Sharon (Kenneth). Nanny to Grandchildren Janelle, Justin, Jennifer, Kenneth, Khristopher, Kirkland, Alysha, Michael, Janessa and Ross and several Great Grandchildren.
As per Mom’s request, there will be a private family burial.
